The official opening of the Retreat is in the calendar for the morning of 10th  November 2023. Discussions  are underway with the Victoria Government for a senior Minister to officially open the Retreat.

 

This opening event is the culmination of nearly four years of dedicated effort to bring Phil & Jo Thomson's   vision and passion to better support our veteran community to fruition.

The day will include an Official Opening ceremony at 11am, a community open day and tours of the Retreat from 11.30.  Food and refreshments will be available after the ceremony.  Timings and activity details will be shared well ahead of the event.

We thank you for your generous support so far and over the coming weeks we will communicate the various  arrangements for VIPs, supporters and the public to join in the celebration of this significant milestone.
